All Pals Publishing materials are copyrighted. You must obtain permission from the executive staff at PalsPublishing.org to use the digital or physical materials is any way other than allowed for in your terms of the Purchase and Use licensing agreement. This is a binding agreement.

Some of the digital materials are allowed and intended for download and print usage and can be used in the manner intended per the Purchase and Use licensing agreement. Specifically being reproduced for internal school/facility only to print, make copies, and download. Use in multiple locations require extra licenses which require additional an purchase. Purchase of additional licenses includes but is not limited to the allowance for use in multiple locations and maybe available at a discount.  More information about licensing is available at the time of purchase transaction.

Contact us for permission before using any part of an existing curriculum for any use including: online  for video learning spaces such as  but not only Youtube, and sharing on other educational sharing sites or for use in marketing materials. Copyrights are infringed without specific permissions for use outside of the Purchase and Use licensing agreement.

In accordance the Purchase and Use licensing agreement, purchase of a single program is a purchase of one licensed program. Copies and the like (mentioned above) are strictly prohibited and infringement will be enforced under state and federal laws. For use in multiple classrooms, multiple locations or by multiple users requires a separate purchase.
